Privacy Policy

Effective September 2026. Plain language first; this is the whole policy.

What we collect

• Contact information you give us — your name, work email, and firm when you request a sample pack, ask to be notified, or contact us. We use it to deliver what you asked for and to communicate with you about it.
• Opt-out requests — business name, address, and email from tenants requesting removal from future reports. We keep these only to honor the suppression.
• Basic site analytics — aggregate, non-identifying page-view counts to understand which pages are useful. No advertising trackers.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run this site and deliver email (e.g., our hosting and email providers), who may only use it for that purpose.
• We don't send marketing email you didn't ask for. The notification list on the sample-pack page sends exactly one email — the "checkout is open" notice — and then you're done unless you buy.

The lead data itself

Our lead reports are derived from City of Austin public permit records — information the city already publishes. We don't enrich it with private data. If your business appears in a report and you want out of future reports, use the opt-out page; we suppress within 5 business days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll note the change here with a new effective date.
