Terms of Service

Effective September 2026. Plain language; if anything here ever conflicts with a signed agreement between us, the signed agreement wins.

1. What MoveInLeads is

MoveInLeads provides lead reports derived from City of Austin public commercial permit records. We filter public records for permits that appear to indicate a new tenant finishing out commercial space. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the City of Austin.

2. The data is as-is

Records are taken from the city's published data as-is. We do not verify tenant identity, move-in dates, business viability, or insurance/IT needs. Completeness and accuracy are not guaranteed. A lead is an early trigger for your own outreach and qualification — not a verified, sales-ready prospect, and not a promise that the business needs your product.

3. Sample Pack

• The $250 Sample Pack is a one-time purchase of 10 recent Austin leads, delivered as a spreadsheet and PDF report.
• Final sale once delivered. You're buying the data as it exists at delivery, not a result.
• The sample license is for your firm's own internal use — not for resale, redistribution, or republication of the reports.

4. Exclusive licenses

• An exclusive license grants one buyer per buyer class (e.g., commercial insurance, MSP) per metro.
• Licenses are annual and prepaid. Lead volume varies week to week; we make no promise of a minimum number of leads.
• The license is for your firm's own internal use — not for resale, redistribution, or republication of the feed.

5. Tenant opt-out

Any business may request removal from future reports at any time (opt-out page). We suppress the record within 5 business days. Removal applies to future reports; already-delivered reports are not retroactively altered.

6. Acceptable use

Use the data lawfully. Don't resell or redistribute the reports, don't use them to spam, and don't represent yourself as affiliated with the City of Austin or with MoveInLeads beyond being a customer.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoveInLeads's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for business decisions you make based on the data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
